[Have] Sorry Fanatical, I own too much from this bundle. I might be Hoa-rding too many games...
[Skip, games] Stealthily Snake-Passing on this deal. Nothing Sparks my interest here.

does anyone know any active discount codes?

Doubt they would work on a charity bundle if there was any

coupons/codes doesn't work for this bundle

Interestingly, an added coupon still has effect on other products in the cart, so you can combine it with soemthing else to get over 12 € for the bonus scratch card.

It's just that coupons never (effectively) work on charity bundles. You can add them to your cart, they just don't affect the item

100% will be getting this but Paypal is messing me up at the moment is their a limit to this one?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

It says stock can run out so I'm pretty sure it's limited like all of their other charity bundles. I'd expect it to last at least a day though. This one is decent but not amazing, I'd give it a few days before it runs out

Tempting. I don't believe in the principle of charity fundraising, though, so I judge these bundles on the games offered alone. I could go into details about why I don't like fundraisers, but it's a whole can of worms. If you have money to spare for charity, pick your own charity to give the money to and do it that way, because then the charity gets more funds sooner and you can potentially write it off your taxes. Otherwise, use your money for yourself and the tax dollars from all purchases are technically put into either a government charity program or essential services or military budget or paying down national debt, anyway. That's my USA-specific POV, mind you.

i wanted to comment that "worms" but then you closed your comment with that USA-specific POV that i think to be huge, and kind of never seen on SG, before.

have a whitelist slot, hope you'll gonna enjoy it.

Thanks for the whitelist, but you said you never saw anyone admit their POV was based on their country of origin, which saddens me. We might be hanging with the wrong crowd! XD

Of course if something is worthless to you (subjectively), then go that way but charity can still be an incentive. i.e. if you're going to give $10 to charity and there's a $20 bundle that ultimately gives $15 to charity after fees and such, buying the bundle's still a good idea if you think the bundle is worth $5.

But I wholeheartedly agree. I saw a review on the recently re-released Pink Mercy skin that someone rebought the skin again to support charity but it's like... no. You would have given charity more money if you donated yourself since no tax deducation, you paid tax on the purpose, and Steam platform fees. Same with Humble Bundle on why you should never increase your donation past minimum for bundles and never get rid of your 20% store discount for store purchases. Humble takes a cut on all bundles regardless and it's not tax-deductible as it's a purchase. The 20% discount is also not tax-deductible for the same reason alongside you pay a tax on the portion of the purchase that is no longer discounted.

Of course it's still great these ways exist since the convenience will get more people to donate but if you want to give the most bang for your buck, they are quite poor options.

This is what i call bundle, not absurd BYOBs 2 for 15€.
Too bad its so boring and random content. (well they have mostly nice ratings but there is literally no single game of my taste)

agreed on that its a good bundle if u like the games but same as with you not for me

Regarding the BYOB 2 for $15... what you call absurd, I really liked.

For example, Killer Frequency. A really cool 1980's themed slash horror story game, never bundled before. $25 retail, around $15 when it's on sale. Suddenly, this game is in a BYOB 2 for $15 bundle. $7.50 for Killer Frequency... and I grabbed another never bundled game, Hard West II. Easy buy, played the game, loved it. Happy with the bundle.

So, it depends on the games in the bundles. I would gladly buy a more expensive bundle, if it has a never bundled before game in them.

FYI Transformers does not activate in Japan (and most likely Russia/Belarus) although the entire bundle appears as if all keys work:

Opened a ticket to see if I can get a refund since I kept the other keys unrevealed.

I bought this. There was exactly two games I already owned in it, and a handful of games I would actually like to play, led by The Entropy Center.

Also, if someone would like Snake Pass, just comment here and then add me on Steam afterwards. That way there's no miscommunication between anybody interested in it and me. First come, first Snake Passing it up. :)
