Oh I have been at over 80% several times and didn't win anything. I remember one week I never had below 50% and nothing. I just don't worry about it, I have over 300 games on steam and over 400 on game pass so I have plenty of options.
I am only in one active group now and I don't even enter anything. I only enter for wish list games now.

In March I was at -3.41. And IIRC, some time last year I was at -4.xx once. I have won 4 games this month and I am still at -1.55. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had -2.9 in September, but that was during the Community train and I entered a lot, and still won a lot, but I still was still "unlucky".

I was at 85% to win something between the community train and PAGYWOSG end of month games, with something like 200 or was it 300 giveaways entered(?), many under 30 entrants, and didn't win a single game.
I usually don't win in larger giveaways, but have little clumps of luck between. Just won a few after some rather low luck. I think that I'm above average in total still though.

I've had a consistent good luck here since the beginning. For 2 years I've had always raising number "you've won XX more giveaways than expected", up to 27. Then in the last 12 months it changed, with a rollercoaster graph, with June having -8.something. Now I'm at 17 more than expected, still good luck overall, but this year has been considerably worse in terms of "luck" than the rest of my SG experience. Not that I care much; I have too many games, too big backlog.
And well, it's all pseudo RNG. They're normal numbers. In the long run, it all should even out as average, with some people having high peaks and others having low valleys. To me, assigning concepts like good or bad luck to it is just a way of talking about it.

It's not as crazy as it sounds. I can happen if a person is entering a lot of low entry GAs in private groups. -12 could just mean that that person won 28 games that month instead of the expected 40 :)
SG's Luck per Month value isn't really a good representation of luck. It would be more meaningful if was it was normalized by the number of expected wins. For e.g. If a person wins 2 games but was expected to win 5, their luck should be -60% [(2-5)/5] which is more unlucky than someone else winning 36 games instead of 40 (-10% luck).

Personally, I never asked what SG could do for me, hehe. But seriously, despite loving to win like anyone else I try not to enter every giveaway I could and not every group who would accept me possibly. You could say I'm aiming for a net positive impression.

on average my luck is going down... but realistically its just I am entering far fewer on average(most days I am never below 350p... usually sitting at 400 most of it) that luck is going to take longer to average out. Wouldn't surprise me if its similar reason for you.
my problem is I keep gambling and buying bundles overall... and basically all that's left from mystery bundle GA's are the rare pulls.. which being rare almost never make it here.

You won Bad Rats, the best luck of all. I have not been able to win so far, and I enter every GA I see. My worst month was my first. My best month was my second. I have been at -10 and +8. Currently at +6.

November 2024 might be the worst month in terms of luck on SG for me, ending it at -2.1 with 7 days going over 10% (one of them even over 20%) and multiple 5-8% range days. Of course I know that this percentage is only cumulative but it still leaves a bad taste, I'd much rather not win anything while having it at <1%
So maybe I need to offer a sacrifice to the gods of luck or whatever, here is a giveaway for Frostpunk LVL2+
