Language in Ubisoft games in Singapore or India?

I'm in Russia, so Singapore and India are the next cheapest regions when it comes to the prices on Assassin's Creed Unity and Rogue. Do the versions sold in those regions support the English language? Can they be gifted to someone from Russia?

The games are nearly always in English in Singapore, but I'm pretty sure we don't get the cheapest prices. I think Malaysia/Indonesia is generally cheaper. As for gifting, only works if there's no more than 10% price diff.
