Only games with at least 90% off and below $2 go on that list, it seems

No it's not. The games has to be in the bundle or be exploited to be on the bundle list.

I'm not calling You a retard. I'm telling that You just went full retard, never go full retard. This site is not made for giving away games bought only for full price, it's made for kind people who want to share some love. I don't think that You'll be able to buy a bunch of games for some pennies on Steam, so games from Summer Sale won't be on the bundle list. Let's put all games on the bundle list, that will be a solution for every problem.

It is quite common however for games to be reduced to about £1, and like I keep saying, but you keep ignoring, the reason I asked is because its happened before with other titles, and I just wondered if there was a set rule for the summer sale. Also, saying someone went retard is still an insult and I think it was uncalled for, you could have just said no.

let me explain difference between lets say 50-75% sale on steam sale and lets say 98% sale as part of a bundle:
It may seem that the difference may be 23-48% so 1/4-1/2 max, but "purchase prospect" is much higher. Lets say you have 10$ in your wallet. The game you want to buy costs 10$ and goes on sale. If sale is 50% off, the new price is 5$, you can buy 2 games, so it's 100% more than normally. If sale is 75% you may buy 4 such games with your 10$, so you can buy 300% more. If game becomes avaiable in bundle with 4 other titles for 1$ minimum, the cost of a single game from the bundle is actually ~0.2$ average which is 98% price cut for this particular game. Considering this one game only with your 10$ you can buy 50 copies of this game, which is 4900% more games than normally, and 49 times more than in 50% sale and 16.(3) times more than in 75% sale.
There's a huge difference between 66, 75 or ever 80% sale and 5 games bundle for 1$.

No, EA games will remain non bundled. They don't go lower than 33%...

I know from previous sales there are are some really big savings sometimes (75%+ off) will these titles be put on the bundle list, or maybe have their CV changed to reflect the sale cost?
No doubt SG will be flooded with items from the summer sale when it starts, just seems like an easy way to rack up those CV points.
Edit: I'm not sure why people feel the need to insult me over this. Its a reasonable question. I know what a bundled game is. The reason I'm asking this question is because other games that were NOT bundled, but had pretty big sales, were added to the list. I guess I should have expected to be made fun of for just asking a question, its common place these days.
I'm closing the thread now, got my answer, and I don't particularly want more people reacting like I'm an idiot.
Thanks to the people that answered me properly.
