No, I've just never done closed giveaways before. Maybe only on New Year's, but that was a long time ago.
I usually add 2 types of people to the blacklist:
1) To whom I sent a working key, he activated it, but at the same time made a note that he did not receive the key.
2) People who for some reason added me to the blacklist.
I'm a toxic cookie, but at the same time I sincerely don't understand people who think that they need to ban people for an opinion they don't like. So I'm not lazy and also add such strange arrogant snobs to the blacklist.

We live in a very interesting time. But I am glad that most people manage to build their lives and make the world around them at least a little bit happier.
