And then Murphy's Law happened. My entire paycheck went to posting bail for a friend. So, in addition to that, I'm being kicked out of my house because of some complaints that shouldn't even exist that I cannot dispute properly.

So, the next time I see everyone is...I don't know when. There goes my intention to buy the above average THQ bundle, CS:GO, and the two giveaways I was planning for today, which were Ys Origin and Sonic Adventure 2. Rest assured, when I get back, those giveaways will be up and posted on the forums for those of you in the community to see, but there you have it.

See you all when I see you.

Edit: Well, I can still get online when I'm at work. But otherwise, no-go on everything else. At least for right now.

Edit 2:

A lot of the replies I've gotten are all very uplifting. One person in particular has been a real big help in boosting my mood. So I'm gonna say this for everyone to hear it: When I get back, I plan on giving back. I'm a man of my word, and I don't forget the acts of kindness people do me, whether it's simply listening, or saying "Here, take this." I might not be amazingly active in every topic, I try not to step into conversations in which my opinion has already been shared in one way or another, but I love this community and I'd love to see it get better. I'm hoping everything gets resolved soon, here, so that I can give back as soon as possible.

Once again, thank you for all your kind words! =)

That sucks. Especially about the house. I bailed a friend out once. I re-evaluated whether or not I wanted to be friends with ppl that need to get bailed. My life has been on the upswing ever since. Got a different peer group, hang with positive ppl, everything's better. Not telling you to ditch your friend, just sharing my experience.

My friend's a good man. He just waited until the last minute to pay off a traffic ticket, and what was 500 ended up being 1,200. The minimum payout was 660. He didn't have it, so I paid it. Its not every day he gets into trouble. I'm not the sort to leave my friends high and dry.

That's a different situation than I was in. I'm glad you stuck by your friend then.

Yeah. I won't throw religion onto the internet (especially not on these forums, as I think it's against the rules? I'd have to check, even still, I dislike arguing) but there's that, too. My fiance says I'm too giving, and that I let people walk all over me. I personally don't see it, though there are times like this when I give too much.

Shouldn't force myself to do what exactly? I did what I did willingly. I may actually be getting my money back tomorrow, and as soon as I do I've got somewhere to move into. So I think I'll be okay, in the end, just gonna have to wait another few weeks for the giveaways.

Where do you live? if you live within the US isn't it the law that you are given 14 days to clear out? Better try and look it up. Not even your mother could throw you out due to this law. I know. My uncle tried to trow out his son and the police said He had to give him 14 days.

I do live in the US, but the circumstances are a bit different. I'm not entirely sure how I can explain it other than that I've been to court and have attempted to dispute it to no real end.

I wish you the best of luck in getting a new place to live in. Your life is more important than giveaways.

Agreed. Them getting their shit together means a whole lot more to me than a chance to win a few games. ^^

I agree with you both. First comes fixing the problem that was caused by all this, then comes the giveaways. I'm okay for now, a friend of his is putting us up for a while, but I'm allergic to something in his house. So I've still gotta get my moneys together and move into my own place. Currently, I'm at work.

It's good that you've got a temp place to live, even if it does have something in it that throws your allergies into fits. Best of luck with getting your own place. :)

Holy shit. When it rains it fucking pours, huh? I hope things smooth over for you soon. Best of luck, Kyithios!
Good for you for taking care of your friend like that, by the way. That was very selfless of you. ❤

I guess it does pour when it rains. Things'll get better soon, as time progresses forward, things will pick up. I just need to get things straightened out first. Thanks for the kind words. =)

I guess karma didn't work as it should for you. I really hope things get sorted out soon and that you find a good place to live if you really can't go back to your house. As CHTonRage said, your life is the priority, so don't worry about giveaways for now; if people don't understand, then it's their problem. :)

I've been kind of lucky lately so here *rubs her luck on you*. I wish you good luck!
