Call of duty Black Ops 2 problem

Hello, maybe someone will be able to help me...
Couple hours ago I've played multiplayer game, but now I cannot start the game, steam is downloading almost 3,5 GB update??? Do I really have to download this "update", or it is something wrong with my game files?

Could be both, either way you need the update to be able to play, so just be patient.

Well, not on mine copy :( Now, where shoul'd I call: activision or EA? ;)
BTW. I've reinstalled game, and update was only 200 mb...

Yes, but you have no guarantee that Steam or Treyarch support will reply at all, let alone offer a solution

To see if other people have the same problem and if they do ask what they have done about it?! Is there any particular reason he shouldn't have posted in here? It's an open forum (afaik) provided stuff says not-NSFW, no racism / abuse / spam... Granted it may be quicker to go direct to Activision / Steam's own forums / Steam Support (lol, doubt Steam Support would be faster actually) but there is no harm in asking here. It's not like we are all gamers there for, imo, asking for game help on the forums is acceptable.
