Right click not working on SteamGifts

As the title says, I recently discovered that my right click won't work on this site only. I've tried every other site I go to on the same browser and it works just fine. If anybody knows of this little hiccup, some advice would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I just restarted the browser for the 10th time, and it's working now. I think it was indeed an issue with the .js files I have installed. Thanks for the suggestions!

I've disabled everything on Tampermonkey, but no changes there.
