Do you think this is a good idea?
I think most accept CV drops with time.
It might be useful for some if your popup happened if it were enough to take someone down a level, but again it's just the depreciation of value with time.

That's actually a good point you make. People only really get confused if they lose a level and might not even notice or mind as long as their level stays intact. So that might be a good requirement to make them only show if the CV drop is enough to make them lose a level.

That is another good addition, would be less of an annoyance that way and could probably be easier implemented as well. Using the system the support uses for communication maybe? I didn't have any experience with the ticket system yet ^^

the only thing that will help is to make more users aware and they will post even more threads and tickets about "UNFAIR CV DROP HELP PLEASE!".

Don't care for the idea. CV is going to drop with time anyway. I expect it and accept it. I certainly don't need a pop-up every time it happens.
As has been already said, it will just be a cause for more people to create threads about dropping CV, not fewer.

So i've been seeing the occasional topic about people being confused as to why their CV-Value dropped.
That's why i would like to suggest a popup telling people which one of their giveaways has been lowered in CV and why.
I'm thinking about something like the popup you get when winning in a GA, only with a kind of sad animated cat gif. ^^
Edit: Thinking about it i suppose there should be the ability to switch this off as well, since it could be quite annoying to people who have created a lot of GAs. Also it should just show the game that got lowered and not just each GA seperately in case someone made multiple GAs for the same game
