Contact support. Make a ticket and explain what it is exactly that you need. I think it's highly unlikely they'll delete your account however, so keep that in mind. You can get your account suspended by them if you request to be removed from accessing steamgifts, but you will not be able to access trades or discussions as well.

Another way to resurrect the Konradz is to delete his account and then create the new one,pretending it's a fake, that's why he created DiegoKaze and this thread, to learn if it's possible to come back that way.
