Steam Inventory - You don't have permission to access "http://steamcommunity.com/.." on this server

I can't go to my inventory on browsers or the steam client.

"Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://steamcommunity.com/market/eligibilitycheck/?" on this server."

Is anyone else getting this?

Pretty much anything. I go to steam on the browser and the moment I go to my inventory then it freaks out. Even in the Steam client, going to the inventory gives this error.

I have a private profile but I am logged in. It was just very strange.

It seems to have come right now. I wonder if this is related to running IdleMaster in the background.
