Not sure myself. But the only time support really need to do something themselves is to remove free games or add removed games. Something like this will pop up with some time.

If you want to rush it though, this is the wrong place, you should be taking it to Support.

It may be that it's not available everyone in the world and so the system hasn't added it yet - just a thought, I don't know for sure.
