When you create a giveaway and select a game from the dropdown list there is an asterisk (*) next to a game if it doesn't give you full CV.

you go to giveaway list and look for a * to the right of a title. if it's not there, than it does give CV

If it has that asterisk: it definitely counts as a bundle game.
If it doesn't have the asterisk: it doesn't currently count as a bundle game... but that doesn't mean that it won't be retroactively changed to a bundle game (and potentially you lose the CV for it.)

Just checked, yes it gives full CV. But, it's a horrible game. :P
Though, I'm sure some people still want it simply because it's that bad. Like, Bad Rats for example.

It gives full CV... for now. But if it gets added, it will be backdated to the first day it was on sale.

Some games that go on sale give full CV while other do not. I do not think it is fair when people give away 10 or more copies of a cheap game (just) to get their CV up. At the moment, it seems some games are favored over others. It would be a good idea to give non bundle game on sale CV points up to 2 or 3... Just an idea.
