Not weird at all, given this version is no longer available on Steam. They gave away the original 2033 I think 2 years ago or smt and said this one will also be given away at some point. And the Redux goes on constant sale for less than 5$, so not really worth giving away over a game you can't even buy anymore.

The original Metro 2033 was one of the first games I got when I newly joined Steam back in 2014 .. got it free from a giveaway on Humble Bundle Store
And now almost a decade later I'll get my hands on the original Last Light .. that is a really pleasant surprise for me, can't wait to download it and 100% it

I already own it, but not the DLC. I hope they give all the DLC. I know it says "Complete Edition" but that's what it also says in my library, and I have no DLC for it.

There's not a huge difference gameplay wise, there are some minor improvements but not a lot you would notice. The biggest change is that achievements are slightly different and for the most part easier in the redux version.

But when I try to add it, I can only add it to my shopping cart and both buttons for the purchase for myself and as a gift are unavailble to use.
