probably not. If it worked you probably wouldn't have to dl those games, because they would already count in your library.
You don't have to install them...

If you can find 100 that give xp, sure. Not all of them count, though.

But XP's support is expired at 2014.04.08.

I don't think it works for all games and in all countries. There was a post on WGN llisting all the ftp games that give you +1 but some of them didn't work for people in certain countries. I tried a few and didn't get them to work and gave up. Too much effort for me.

Seems an awful lot of effort for a barely perceptible amount of cyber-todger growth.
