Cant gift Humble Bundle #4??

Do not submit Humble Bundles or games from them while they are being sold.
When you submit a Humble Bundle, it is only acceptable to have an unactivated gift URL to provide to the winner. Members giving away Steam keys and the like will be warned, have their giveaways removed, and if they continue, may result in a suspension.
These rules also apply to additional keys within the Humble Bundle. Please do not giveaway separate keys, such as SpaceChem, or create a giveaway for the leftover Desura keys. Unused URLs for the original Humble only, please.[/qoute]

(I heard SpaceChem does not have a lot of replay value is that true?)

Spacechem isn't in the fourth bundle, it was in the Frozen Synapse bundle. And I'd say it does have replay value since you'll probably want to figure out how to improve your solutions, or at least you will if you like puzzles.

There's no rule preventing you from gifting HIB4 right now. The reason why it's not showing up on the list is because it has yet to be added. Be patient, an admin will be adding it soon :)

FAQ link shouldn't really be so invisible on the very bottom of the page. It took me a while to find out what is the purpose of the points here. FAQ should be really more visible somewhere at the top.
