Deal, the first game of one of my favorite HoG trilogy

I only played the 3rd one a few days ago, and it's nice to get a conclusion to the trilogy, but I liked the second one better.
If you liked the Enigmatis, maybe give a try to the "9 clues" series, it's also really nice (especially the second one)

I tend to check the people that are entering my giveaways afterwards. In your case the reason you ended up there was that at that time your giveaways looked similar to this: https://www.steamgifts.com/user/usercar007/search?page=3 -> exclusively giveaways for small invite only groups.

tbh that's why it's better to get the full image of things rather than going off the latest few pages at any given time. 44% public isn't that bad imo.

I am sure that a lot of the people that are now primarily sending gifts around in small groups have been done a bunch of public giveaways in the past to be eligible to join, but what good is that for me now when they don't do anymore poblic giveaways? The same way that someone with a high send to won ratio can end up on my list, when they are just resting on their laurels and use a bot to leach for years.

that's an awful selfish way of looking at it imo. you could also look at it like they are stimulating group users who prefer to maintain a good public balance therefore they are causing GAs to be created that otherwise wouldn't of been.

Maybe that was poorly phrased (just replace the "me" part with "community"), I don't try to maximize my own profit.
So if someone is only creating giveaways above my own level or is only giving away games that i am not interested in, that can still earn him/her a place on my whitelist.
However it is just bad manners when you take from everyone, while only share with your friends.

i understand what you mean at the same time, don't get me wrong. i just mean to say some people do waves like that though, and it's the reason why i try to have a fairly well balance visible on every page of my profile, but i shouldn't have to worry about how many pages of each there are in a row before i switch to the other type. especially when we're talking about 900-4000 giveaways. 10 & 11 pages back in my profile is only 2 weeks ago & contains 100% public, but if you go even further back you might find a couple pages of groups only.
