I never go for all achievements. The few times I have looked at a games achievement list a lot (if not the majority) were going to be more annoying then fun to get. For instance, I just beat Ys Origina a few days ago, and apparently to get all achievements I'd have to be the entire game four times (I liked the game, but I didn't like it THAT much). Last night I also beat The Deadly Tower of Monsters, and yet have only unlocked 1/4 of the achievements. I'd rather spend that time trying new games.

The problem with Ys Origin is not completing the game four times. That is very doable and also enjoyable if you take the different characters. The problem with Ys Origin is that you have to do boss rush on nightmare ..... eight times ...... Respect to every one who can manage that amount of skill and/or patience.

Generally with achievements I will go a little bit out of my way to get them, but not way out of my way, and most games I play through once so if it takes multiple playthrough to get all the achievements I won't. (This could be due to mutal exclusive achievements or achievements that can only be achieved on a second playthrough).

I wish Steam had a way to check my completed games, I had to go to a 3rd party web to see what my games were.

I have them all listed on my profile, so I'll only talk about the ones worth mentioning:
Life is Strange: Not much to say about this one. Easy achievements, but at least you have to actually collect something. Only missed one photograph in the last episode, but I could just select the area from the menu and get it within two minutes.
Emily is Away :Had to restart the game 15 times to get all the achievements, but it was fun to read all 15 easter egg conversations. Free game with easy and good looking achievements.
A Normal Lost Phone: Pretty little visual novel with a nice soundtrack where you go through a lost phone to find its owner. Most achievements are story related or easily explained through its description, personally I just had to look up one to finish it.
Orwell: Similiar to A Normal Lost Phone. Here you are a government spy going through websites, phones and desktops. To get all achievements you have to play through every possibility and each ending, the game is not too long but finishing it can get tedious.
Beyond Eyes: Sweet little game with a good concept, but that concept is your worst enemy while collecting all achievements. Had to watch a YouTube walkthrough several times to finish it.
Game Corp DX: Got this game with a bundle and it really surprised me. Compact little management game with easy achievements. Probably the first non-wishlist game that made me want to complete it immediately.
The rest of the games that I completed are free/cheap games with easy achievements.

According to my profile 3 - Terraria, Skyrim and Long Live the Queen. A kind steamgifter helped me beat all the bosses in Terraria and I made a really complex spreadsheet to get all the endings in Long Live the Queen. I think I have all achievements in at least some more but I did it in offline mode - I play a lot of games on long train journeys or without the internet when I'm looking after holiday properties my aunt is having done up. I'm nearly there on Disgaea, Borderlands 2, XCOM: EU, Saints Row the Third and a few others if I get off my ass...
