Just put it up on Redbubble (or Spreadshirt, but I don't have any experience with them so I don't know their policies).
I've had like 5 t-shirt designs pulled because they were copyright protected, but nothing will happen more than that they delete my account.
It's in their ToS that they take all responsibility or something like that.

But it's not T-shirts, so Spreadshirt won't work. We'll look into Redbubble.

I'm pretty sure you can do just about anything via SpreadShirt.
They have everything from Teddy Bears to thongs (and posters).
Of course, in my opinion, Redbubble has better quality in their productions (and you can sell things as posters, and I think they added metal posters or something recently).

To answer the second question: Well yes, since I am interested in space and astronomy and a semi-hardcore gamer (I don't really know what a real gamer is or not but I play too often I would say :D), I would be interested in paintings with Skyrim birth sign constellations.
Is your wife painting those you can see in the skill menu or are the paintings more like a picture as if you would look up in the sky and see the stars?
I guess there are people around the world that like to have paintings of games on their walls, no doubt. But I don't think it's going to be a big bunch of people, if we're talking about US only. That has to be global thing, I think, just to get everyone's attention. (I am from Germany)
So my question to you guys here, is there an internet distributor that ships those kind of things worldwide?

The paintings are of a random starfield in the background, with the constellation painted. The stars are connected with glow-in-the-dark paint, which is transparent when not illuminated.

So my wife has been developing a new painting technique for creating background starfields.
Thusfar in her trials, she's created birth sign constellation paintings for our children and close family.
One of our geeky friends asked if she'd be willing to do one of constellations from Skyrim/Elder Scrolls.
Of course, she said yes.
This lead to us questioning if she could legitimately sell something like that (obviously our friend's will be a gift) or if copyrights would interfere.
I know that sites like TeeFury use copyrighted materials all the time in for-profit products, so I'm thinking it's possible.
Does anyone know what the laws say? Or how TeeFury can sell shirts like they do?
Secondly, I'm wondering if gamers in general would be interested in buying something like that.
(Please note: I am not currently selling anything, nor do I intend to use this site as a sales tool. I am simply asking for information that some readers may have, and asking about interest in a potential product)
We live in the US and would operate there, so US law is most relevant.
