Skryim Giveaway puzzle (GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED!)

If I could, I would enter every giveaway for Skyrim there is, but my poor brain is tired, these days. My eyes look at the puzzle and my brain just says, "Pass."

I'm stuck on 2nd photo....

Yeah been stuck on photo 2 for a while now.

so i found first pic. and the second now i found another thing but don t know where to start or what that means or what it is ... a little hint would be greate :)

These puzzles are boring.

Too many details with the hint just made it more confusing.
