Uff, I'm starting to hate google for this, i think I'll uninstall chrome for this reason, and i will do research how to evade this or if i can't find anything, I'll make my code to do it!

That's one of the reasons why I just never installed Chrome at all ^^ This and a relative of mine installed it on their PC, and I saw the mess it made, with all the auto-start and auto-update things always running in the background :s

Sadly, ReCaptcha is something you can't much evade, as a user: it's up to webmasters to get educated and use other services. And also, to stop requiring captchas when they're definitely inappropriate, like on a first login attempt, or to access your orders in your account when you're connected already - cough Humble Bundle cough

But for the rest, r/degoogle and, to a lesser extent, r/privacy are nice places to get info (although Reddit itself isn't that privacy-friendly... and uses freaking ReCaptcha the first time you register)

Since I don't like automatic updates, I've disabled all updates completely from Windows 10 and I'm running my own batch to kill any completely useless process, now I need to resolve this problem with recaptcha.
If I've been able to skip recaptcha on the GameHag website, I think I could surpass it from other websites.

I don't remember seeing a ReCaptcha on Gamehag. Or maybe it is for claiming their GAs?

The catch with ReCaptcha, is that the more you protect your privacy, the more you see them. If you never see them at all, it means that, unless you just never go to sites that use ReCaptcha (which is both quite unlikely and quite an achievement), you're being tracked. The reason for that is that Google observes your behavior to guess how likely you are to be a robot, and from that score decides to show you a puzzle or not (and if that score is really, really bad, they may refuse to show you any puzzle at all: you just can't pass the check, "try again later", they say, something you can reproduce by refreshing the ReCaptcha puzzle many times).

You can't just skip a ReCaptcha (or any captcha)... unless the webmaster using it seriously fucked up. I heard of a plugin to auto-solve it (by requesting the audio puzzle, and using speech recognition, ironically from Google). I tried it, but Google refuses to give me an audio captcha most of the time.

Yes, ReCaptcha's are always in their GAs, and you can easy skip it, you need to found those lines of code on the GA page:

lol, last time I entered a GA there, a very long time ago, I'm pretty sure they didn't have ReCaptcha yet, but boy what a lazy implementation this is! :D
