Alright, so my cousin has $20 on Steam and he's not sure what games to get. Any suggestions on what he should get? Or should he just buy weapons/crates on CS:GO?

Buy TF2 keys, then wait for sales and trade the keys for games! Why would you pay 20 Dollars for a game which you can trade for let's say... 10 keys?
