borderlands 2 question

ok basically i just wanted to know say for example i pre-ordered borderlands 2 so i get all the extra stuff can i install it on my laptop and have all the extras and then install on my pc and still have them or can i only use one system

If you have it on Steam you can have it on any PC when you log in on Steam with your account :)

You can use same steam account on many computers.
But only one can be online at the same time.
