On Windows open Start menu and type Character Map.
You really need to know what you are searching for so a website like this helps:
https://unicodemap.org/details/0x029E/index.html
^^ This is for "ʞ"
In Character Map enable Advanced View and then in "Go To Unicode" type the last 4 characters (eg ager the 0x ... so 029e)
Alternatively there are websites to do it all for you.
