Praying for Steamgifts

I guess not many people know anything about GameMiner, but Valve blocked their accounts so they can't gift anybody the won games( http://gameminer.net/news/147 )
Let's hope this doesn't happen to SteamGifts too :(

What accounts, exacly, would Valve block for SG ? Since this site doesn't use a 'delivery system' like GameMiner has... had, so I highly doubt there'll be any issues.

Yeah, I always feel that having some central bot or such is asking for trouble. If you pass a lot of fradulent purchases and such...
