Mount & Blade: Warband

You get bows AND crossbows, on foot AND on horseback (can't use crossbows on horseback, for obvious reasons), in single AND in multiplayer. You also get javelins, throwing axes, darts...

Also, you can shift from first to third person. First person is better for accuracy. Third person is best when you have to draw your melee weapon.

It’s a bow. Seriously, if you need a description of what a bow does, maybe you should stop playing. Maybe read a dictionary. People who don’t know what bows are get shot in the eyeballs. "But a bow isn't the future", you're whining. That's why we put neon on it, because neon is the future. Hence, this is a bow of the future.

Shadow of Mordor, LOTR: Conquest, LOTR: Return of the King, Oblivion (and pretty much any TES game), Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood (a very old RPG where you can shoot a bow), any Dragon Age...

And if you're interested in shooting multiple bows simultaneously, try some Total War games.

But I'd just recommend getting yourself a bow and some arrows and shooting a target somewhere in the country

Team Fortress 2. Sniper. The Huntsman.

The elder scrolls games, far cry 3-4, far cry 3 blood dragon, AC 3 had a bow. LOTR: war in the north had a ranger class that used a bow. Betrayer has you use a bow too. Chivalry medieval warfare and deadliest warrior has bows. Dark Souls PTDE and Dark Souls II has bows, uhh. hmm. Warframe has bow weapons too. Dishonored has a crossbow but not sure if you're into that. Dragon Age Origins has a bow. The Game of Thrones RPG has bow weapons too. Mount and Blade, Mount and Blade Warband and i think With Fire and Sword too has bows. War of the roses too.
