3.1-3.2 left and probably giving up. I have a bad record of entering giveaways with <23 entries, it's ucanny.. Bum!

At long last, I found the 10th egg!
Unfortunately, I can't seem to be able to get the code right, so I'd be really grateful if you could clarify a few things:

• "numbers have mismatched signs": my understanding is that characters obtained by adding 2 numbers of opposite signs are numbers, is that right?
• "uppercase > lowercase": do you mean that (the) letter(s) placed higher in the alphabet is/are uppercase?
