this and: be careful with it, it COULD (!) be removed from your account after trading and the guy who BOUGHT it would get his money back. So your money would be lost and you wouldn't have the game. Because it's a bug.

ALL gifts are not region locked. I bought a lot of games and send some gifts (here and on another sites and directly in steam social network). Everything works good.

In Belarus L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition costs $2.49. Already bought 2 gifts. Will wait few weeks before gifting them to my friends.

PS This price may looks cheap, but in 2011 value of our national currency decreased three times in relation to dollar. Last spring USD=3300Br, now its USD=8200Br. Of course, our salaries reduced greatly. The national average salary is $350.
