I just wanted to know if i can stil get skyrim special edition if i bought the legendary edition on 27 this month

You should receive it very shortly (if you haven't already).

I purchased Legendary 18 hours before Special release time and just received my copy...so there's a bit of a lag involved consisting of several hours - hope that helps : )

It was already available for me to pre-load about 16h ago... I read some Valve post stating they will be including it for people buying the original throughout these days... check if it gets added when you buy it... otherwise it should be added shortly... me thinks :P

Yes, you will be eligible to get the Special Edition for free, but it might take longer for it to be added to your account.
