Reroll taking too long

Hi, I have created my first giveaway and the winner is not responding to mails, he was on steam more than month ago, so i requested a new winner but nothing is happening, any help? btw it ended more than week ago and request was 2 or 3 days ago

It sucks you're having complications on your first giveaway. I waited so long to do a giveaway because I was scared of something going wrong. I guess you have no option but to wait for support to issue a reroll. The winner might be having personal problems or is simply too busy to get on steam.

wait - SG has thousands of users posting tens if not hundreds of tickets and only a few mods. If you don't get answer in 1 week time "BUMP" your ticket and wait again. Rinse and repeat.

Rerolls can take a little bit depending on how many things the support has to deal with. Just give it some time. c:

And what I can do, if key expired and I did not get reroll?

If they make reroll now, I cant give key, because it expired !!!
