1st of all - no calling out. Delete link to the GiveAway or you may gety suspended yourself (read FAQ and guidelines next time)
2nd of all - nothing you can do. It's not like SG staff gonna buy each not delivered game for a winner (otherwise you could just create alt account, make private GA, give link to yourself and then demand the game ;p). Mark as not received and move on. Guy wil loose 2 GA slots because of these 2 fake copies, also for low feedback will end up on bunch of blacklist, not get into groups etc.

About a week ago I won a game - Thief.
Guy who created this giveaway claims that he has two copies of the game. These both are Steam gifts. Also, he said that he had sent them by SteamGifts. Maybe it's just me, who doesn't know how new SteamGifts works or he really thinks that he is able to send Steam gifts (not keys) by this website.
Now he probably blocked me on Steam and I have one day till I can mark it as not received. The guy barely speaks English so it makes even more difficult to explain it.
He claims that he sent both keys, I didn't get my copy. What to do?
