If you want to keep your sanity, don't contact GreenManGaming support. Their British support staff are beyond incompetent. I have had more coherent exchanges with people who wrote every second word in their native language, than with GMG support.

It's probably the only reason they can afford to offer such sales. And still, buying 9 copies on Steam and one from GMG is still cheaper than buying ten copies from Steam.

It's very mediocre, if you can't buy the sale now, isn't it? They will occaisonally have good prices, but quite frankly, if they have shit customer service, and you can't buy it, I don't give a shit. I hate to be so blunt, but it's not even worth trying, you won't get it fixed, as they refuse to accept that the problem is to do with then, and will blame your bank instead.

Bad support does not make the sale itself mediocre. The site can be mediocre but the sale can still be amazing, even if you can't actually get the sale.

Okay, I'm not saying this particular offer is mediocre. I'm saying that on average, they're mediocre sales from the site, and just constantly have vouchers instead...which means that even if you get compensation from support? You will get more discounts from the actual public ones, than any compensation they will EVER give you.

They sure are dumb. Every time I bought something from there, I used a temporary card made from my VISA Electron, which works exactly the same as a regular credit card, though I have to create a new temporary card every time I want to make a purchase. And I bought around... let's say, 6 games, at greenmangaming, when I contacted support after I got the problem in question, they said there were "inconsistencies" in my payments, I asked if it was cause of the system I used, the temporary cards, which they answered with "we don't accept temporary cards"... might have been me who didn't manage to explain it properly, but to just give that type of answer without trying to figure out what the client's problem fully is... just plain dumb. Although! I've had this problem once before and right after contacting support, they answered me saying the problem was fixed and I managed to buy Arkham City at the time. Dunno why they were retarded this time, but I marked the last case with a non-helpful and put in the description "I won't bother explaining how my payment methods work, if you won't even try to understand it.

I've also submitted a ticket. Didn't accept my credit card either. I called my credit card company, and they said they haven't seen any record of a transaction, so I'm assuming all of this is on the GMG side. They really need to get their shit together.

I used to have the same problem. I know this sounds silly, but are you sure your account is all verified? Barring that, sometimes you have to call your credit/debit card provider and clear it, especially if you aren't European as GMG has been known to get confused for fraud and cards get suspended.

So I guess the problem is that online banking/money institutions think it's a suspicious international site and/or a gambling site? I had a visa giftcard I wanted to use to get Shogun 2 when it was on sale with the coupon but of course it didn't work :(
