If you requested that because ha was breaking a rule before, then send a Request received feedback ticket instead and point out that he has not redeemed key(s) before, so this can be the case here as well. Attach proof that you revealed the key here (or sent it somehow) and that you tried to contact him.

Why was it denied? Support won't reroll unless you give the winner 7 days to give feedback

You will have to create another support ticket to "Request Received Feedback" after the 7 days are over.
Edit: If it is a key and you have clicked "send", do not request a re-roll as the user might have used the key already.

Should re-roll again ... but he may have Redeemed it so the new winner may get a used key :c
I think you can request a Feedback on a giveaway from 1 of the ticket options .
I got a guy who refuses to accept any form of communication with me 2 ... and its getting close to the week time there aswell ...
May just ask for giveaway deletion and simply blacklist him cause i cant be bothered with this one ... its cheap game anyway >.<

The reason your request was denied had nothing to do with your winner's failure to respond. As it has now been seven days, you have grounds for a re-roll based on your attempt(s) to contact your winner. Support would want to see evidence of that contact (e.g. screenshots), and then we could proceed with a re-roll.
However, you've already revealed the key to your winner. If we granted a re-roll, and the key turns out to have been used, we would have to reverse the re-roll and move ahead with a Request of Received Feedback. You'd have to file another ticket, and we'd have to process it. It would probably save time and effort to just start with the RRF ticket and skip the re-roll attempt.

Attach a censored version of whatever shows you sent the key (we don't want to see the whole key).

I wondering if I should try requesting feedback before 7 days because the winner has activated the game and been online several times but not yet checked the box. I'm fine with waiting days if they are not able to activate the game on their machine straight away, but if you've got time to add the game to your account then you have time to mark it and reply to a comment.

Wait for the seven-day grace period to expire. Once the giveaway date is a week old, feel free to file a ticket.

That's what I intended to do. I see no reason for the winners delay in this particular case though. Thanks.
