I only eat vegetables. But it's for health reasons... protecting my hearing, y'know. They don't scream so loud post lobotomy. Food for thought, which is what I call sweetbreads.

I watched the "why eating less meat won't safe the planet" video and have the feeling, that while the facts might be true, they always pick the perfect scenario.
See for example how they make it look like all meat is produced by eating non editable food, the animals are all on land which can not be used for farming and animals are producing perfect fertilizer. While this is true, I am wondering how much of animal production is falling in this category? I see, that there is a massive industry which is far beyond this depicted perfect world. I don't think, that we should ban all the animals, but "less meat" would definitely help.
Another thing, they look at water consumption and say, that more fresh water is used for crops. But they don't tell, that most of the crops are used for feeding animals. And then they blame the Avocado and the Almonds as if vegetarians/vegans are only eating those.
I know, that there are other factors which may have a bigger impact, but I am sure the diet can have an impact too.
