Quick update 2 - we have 88 members with another 7-8 pending, so please bear with us. I'll give it another day or two

Quick update - so far we have 56 members in the group with another 50 or so nominations. We shall sort through these and reopen nominations if we need more members, my thought was to only recruit 100 members unless group members want to increase that number. Nominations will be reopened if we haven't reached 100 group members or they decide to invite more people.

I was a bit sad to see the end to Valisorie's Halloween Spooktacular event - thanks to all the gibbers and Val for organizing this, it's been a lotta fun!

However, I don't like being depressed, and figured that, since Christmas is coming up, why not continue with

Assassin's Christmas Spectacular

with gibs running

from 11/11/2015 (a bit early I know, but why not) to 12/25/2015 (unless we all go bankrupt).

Hell I even cancelled all my kickstarter pledges for this (indie companies can blame the awesome SG community for that)!

I think Val's requirements were pretty reasonable for the group, so nominate one person for the group (100 members at most unless group members decide to make an exception for a person or two).

Requirements:

• Level 5+
• Higher real Given than Won (to ensure you have been kind this year; use this to check)
• Clean rep, no non activated/duplicate wins, all that good stuff (once again, to ensure you haven't been naughty)
• Friendly and polite, if any of the group members are blacklisted - you'd have to remove them from blacklist for the duration of the event - Xmas should be a happy period of time for everyone (I usually like to keep everyone happy, even tho I tend to act like an arse sometimes)
• Should not have previously been kicked from a group due to flamewars, etc. If anyone is aware of a user in the group who has been, please reach out to me.

Nominations close on 11/11/2015, when a few of my friends and I will go through all the entries (I will periodically be going through these and inviting folks either way), and then close the recruitment.

P.S.: The group is still brand new - still working on setting up the discussions and profile picture - just had to reserve the group name and the urls :D
