The only reliable gambling site is CSGO Lounge and there is no way for them to rig anything because you are betting on live games.

People can be paid to throw matches. Not saying they do it, but it's a thing that's possible to do.
Plus, if the site shuts down and keeps all your stuff, that's not reliable at all.

Those gambling sites were shady in the first place. Not exactly surprising that they chose to keep all the "donations".

With Valve shutting down it's API for gambling sites, this was inevitable.
