Contributor Level formula?

Anyone figure out how this works yet? I found someone who's given away nearly $20 less worth of games than me, and won about $5 more worth of games than me, but has a higher contributor level (1.55 compared to my 1.42). Is it completely random, or does gifts won add five times as many points to your level as gifts sent does?

From the sticky "I'll be writing a separate post shortly to explain the new level based system for contributors."

Just know that bundled games and CV for non-bundled games is handled differently now. The value shown under "Gifts Sent" is not indicative of your true CV.
