Not much of a deal when most people can't buy them and if you mean changing your account or VPN some people have said it still reject the order - but since they are all from Activision hopefully they will get added back onto Steam

It is an objectively hot bargain where two of the games worth hundreds of dollars and well sought amongst both collectors and casuals even if it's only available for a selected strata of people (i.e. The USA).
They could be testing waters and at least some of these stuff could be back on Steam but I don't think that'll be the case.
Gamestop bargain (Raccoon City & Street Fighter 4) was similar and people devoured them in a week or so. This is Amazon hence much more popular I am afraid..

Note: Currently, this item is available only to customers located in the United States.
So all digital games that are listed have that Note it only can be purchased whoever are in United States region

Frankly, the purpose of the thread might not have been as clear as I had hoped, but this will serve as a mega-thread for pretty much all the (available) delisteds we could potentially come across.

Most games are DRM free and some may be platforms games just look at the reviews or description..
Otherwise what i've been told if the key were not working or so you can always contact Amazon to get a refund if they let you or create a dispute
