Traditional Haikus just need 5, 7, and 5 syllables on each line, respectively.
MODERN JAPANESE Haikus TEND to be about nature. They are not REQUIRED to be about nature.

There's been a few updates to comment formatting. One change was to fix a potential bug, another removes excess whitespace when attaching images, and the last change allows you to insert line breaks by simply skipping to the next line. This will apply to future comments, although I'll be rebuilding the html for previous comments over the coming days to ensure no bugs exist.
