Witcher 3 Nvidia Redemption issue

Did you just get the card and the code for the game? If so i would contact whoever you got it from and see if they can help,or contact Nvidia maybe they will help.

I know stuff like this has happened with AMD but that was mostly due to the fact that is said free game but never said limited keys,just said good until the date on the card.

So maybe the keys are limited but still you got confirmation from Nvidia,you could also ask GOG as i do not know if games do not appear until they are released or not.

Though i would assume they would show but not be able to download till release or however GOG does it.

I hope you get it fixed,this is why when i buy a product i never count on getting free games or rebate as part of the deal as you just never know so i never use them to decide if i should buy it or not unless i want the product.

This is also another reason to be careful of buy/trading for these type of keys

Read everything carefully once more, the info on the voucher, on the site, etc.
I think it might appear in your Library after release.

If all else fails, contact GOG support. They should sort you out rather quickly.
The game should appear in your library, and there will be a preload, though no idea for the date yet.

Are you looking through the site or through GoG Galaxy ? You can't see it in Galaxy right now i think. Other than that... contact support and ask, they will be able to answer your question. All i know is I can see it in my library ( i bought it directly from GoG ).

I haven't pre-ordered Witcher 3 so I don't know for sure, but I'd imagine that it should appear on your library.

Something they added to GOG somewhat recently that caught me off guard is a confirmation screen that I once mistook for a "congratulations on redeeming the code" screen. Try using your code again to see if that's the case for you.

Failing that, give GOG support a try. They're friendly and helpful in my experience.
