Solution: You had to save the "Schoolbusey" image, and open it with WinRAR or another RAR-decompressing program. The password for the archive was "midnight", which is the answer to "When does the Narwhal bacon?", a question I asked in the last stage of decoding the messages. The RAR file was simply embedded in the JPG! Sneaky, huh?!
