Earlier seller's representative claimed that keys on Gamazavr.ru can be activated without any problems in Russia, CIS and Baltic states (screenshot, link). Maybe something changed, so if you are not living in Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan or Belarus, contact seller before purchasing.

You got it all wrong! it's true video games don't grow on trees or on the ground, there is a special type of carrot called (in latin) ludus carota, which, depending on where it is grown, the root mutates into a game after 2-8 years of constant grooming. People in some regions don't have as much money to buy games as those in others, so the retailer has to decide whether they want sales at low profits or none at all. If they sold games at those prices for poorer regions in the US or Western Europe, they would pretty much all go bankrupt.

Russian gifts are good and have no regional limitations. Russian keys are a completely different thing. Some can be activated in other regions, some can't.
