If you mean the avatar's look, it's hard to say from just seeing the shoulders. If you mean that being the first one I've seen, it is pretty surprising. A lot of GW2 players are very proud of their toons' appearance. But it might just be because the small thumbnail doesn't really let you show them off.
I spent a lot of time looking at my characters and customizing them so it was easy to recognize. The game really does a good job of letting you create great looking characters.
