I didn't manage to launch it in Win10. Someone posted a work-around on the forum, but that involves downloading game .exe file from some file-sharing site, and that is far from an ideal solution to the issue and therefore not recommendable to do.

So, unless you are running an older version of Win or care in this case only about +1 for Steam account library, you may not be interested in this game at all due to the mentioned issue.
