I actually think that the content is good :D maybe with some graphic inside the video like an intro or something that could catch people but if you think about the number of views compared to the subscribers it's not bad.
To make you an example Pewdiepie has 43 millions subs but in some week old videos he has circa 300k views. They are not the same numbers but it's a gap to consider, the rest will come with time :D
