Weird... normally it shows DLC on the games main page, but not foo LA Noire.
Going to this DLC's page it says it's in my library, but i see no other way to be sure that is so.
Okay so after doing some SteamDB digging, I believe everyone that has specifically bought LA Noire owns the DLC bundle that you're giving away. The only people that don't are those that got LA Noire for free with a Max Payne 3 pre-order (Double check me on this of course). The default purchase from the Steam Store is the complete edition, the edition called "standard edition" contains the DLC bundle funnily enough as well. I think a vast majority of people that entered probably own this so definitely double check.
Fair warning... i own the complete package, and can still enter for this. Adding it to me ignore list.
