I may have clicked it prematurely, as I now see that the person giving it away mentioned in the email that there may be an issue with the region, and ask that I allow them to delete the giveaway if I couldn't accept it. So, if it's not too late, I'll allow it to be deleted rather than count against them as a "non-delivery"
