My standard CHALLENGE: I will whitelist anyone who has made public giveaways to all of the levels, 0 thru 10.
Why do I think it's important to reward people who do giveaways across all levels? Because leveling up is a reward for doing giveaways, but that only means something if there's a variety of giveaways to enter at all levels. I reward people who reward that spirit.

I have done that. I'm new here, and most of my giveaways are for all levels.
My most recent ones were limited to level 1. however I think from now on I will base my requirements on what else is a giveaway and the age of the game I will listing. I was thinking anything less then about four months I'll add a level requirement, but everything else will be open.
