sigh Yes, I know, the usual problem with putting up a subID instead of a single application. And with this point requirement, every auto-entry script and mindless hoarder will enter. This is why I'm getting rid of the keys in one go instead of doing the same nightmare 9 times.
Normally I'd say you can if you miss each and every one of those. Wouldn't be the first time I let people do that. But since those are the kind of DLCs I cannot check as they are not reported publicly, sadly I have to say, I would more than likely ask for a reroll if a winner owns the base game. Which is a shame, since those people would be more likely to play this, but it wouldn't be fair to gift a 40-dollar base price bundle game package to someone who misses only like 4-12 dollars base price worth of content. Even if the keys cost like a dollar to me. Or even less.
