If I have to say something... That will be I have so much cold brain for the environment where I born and still live. I know people who express their feelings (happiness, sadness, fear etc) so much but not me and that, in the environment where I live, it's very useful.

The Lucifer Effect by Philip Zimbardo
Zimbardo is the psychologist that ran that test where he made some people be prisoners and others be guards in a mock prison, and all went to shit in just 6 days.
After that he wrote the Lucifer Effect, a book that explains how good people can turn into the most vile scum.
It really helped me comprehend why soldiers did the things they did in war times, the horrible evil shit that went on in scenarios like the Rape of Nanking.
